الدكتور عاصم كمال

الدكتور عاصم كمال هو أخصائي جراحة عيون حاصل على زمالة ثلاثية، وقد أجرى أكثر من 30000 عملية جراحية لإعتام عدسة العين والليزك. وقد عمل مع العديد من أجهزة Phaco وحصل على شهادات في العديد من الليزر وKeratomes، بما في ذلك Intralase. وهو معتمد لإجراء عملية رأب القرنية التوصيلية (CK) ويقوم أيضًا بإجراءات طب العيون الأخرى.
بعد الانتهاء من كلية الطب بامتياز، خضع الدكتور كمال لتدريب ما بعد التخرج لمدة عشر سنوات، والذي تضمن تدريبًا داخليًا، وإقامتين، طب الأعصاب وطب العيون (في كلية نيويورك الطبية)، وثلاث زمالات (واحدة في طب الأعصاب وطب العيون في جامعة أيوا واثنتين في جراحة الانكسار في مركز جيمبل للعيون). كان رئيسًا مقيمًا في كلا برنامجي إقامته. تضمن تدريبه المتخصص للغاية تعليمات شخصية من رواد طب العيون المشهورين عالميًا.
كما شارك الدكتور كمال في الأبحاث وألف العديد من المقالات. وهو عضو في العديد من جمعيات طب العيون المرموقة.

 Dr. Aasim Kamal is a triple fellowship trained eye surgery specialist who has performed over 30,000 Cataract and Lasik surgeries. He has worked with many Phaco machines and is certified on many Lasers and Keratomes, including Intralase. He is certified to do Conductive Keratoplasty (CK) and also does other ophthalmic procedures.

    After completing medical school with honors, Dr. Kamal did ten years of post-graduate training which includes an internship, two residencies, Neurology and Ophthalmology (at New York Medical College), and three fellowships (one in Neuro-Ophthalmology at University of Iowa and two in Refractive Surgery at Gimbel Eye Centre). He was Chief Resident in both his residency programs. His highly specialized training has included personal instruction from world renowned Ophthalmology pioneers.
    Dr. Kamal has also been involved in research and has authored many articles. He is a member of multiple prestigious ophthalmology societies.
